[Elementalist] Low-priced & fully SSF-capable Enki's Arc Witch Build
Instead of just showcasing a build, this guide is set up as a comprehensive learning experience.
Our Gamer tried to explain everything you need to know, and there are additional miniguides at the bottom.
All information is listed where it contextually makes sense, so we advise you to read this guide carefully!
If you still have some questions left then please ask them right here, DO NOT message me ingame!
Arc got rebalanced in Patch 3.6- hit harm and harm effectiveness got nerfed but base cast time was also lowered, which results in slightly more DPS but weaker individual hits. From playing around with it for a while now We can say the skill is still fine when it comes to harm.
The far bigger nerf was cutting its chain length in half, from 50 units down to 25 units. We can see why this had to be done, the old chain length together with Unleash would've been way too good, but having it was a little too harsh. A chain length of 35 units would feel much better and people wouldn't get discouraged as easily before getting this build to levels where it can really shine.
Arc has great range, there's no need to get close to the enemy unless you want to proc Fortify.
Movement is a big part of this build. It's not just good for fast clearing but also forces you to learn all fights and proper positioning to succeed.
Most enemy skills give you some cues and time to react. The more time you have, the more likely it's able to kill you even without any harm mods.
These skills often also target your position during their animation start and won't follow you. Simply moving away is enough to survive in this case.
The environment can be used to block many skills and is often meant to be made use of.
Flasks refill pretty fast while clearing, you can usually keep them up with some practice.
Pros:
+ Affordable & fully SSF-capable
+ Smooth gameplay & progression
+ Capable to do all content & map mods
+ Immune to all kinds of reflected harm
Cons:
- Requires good positioning, buff- and flask uptime
- Not a face-tanking build, physical harm hurts
- Lightning has the inconsistent damage output
Passives Tree:
Lv80 Passives - http://poeurl.com/ckSj
Lv90 Passives - http://poeurl.com/ckSk
Lv100 Passives - http://poeurl.com/ckSl
Ascendancy:
Paragon of Calamity (Normal): This is our source of life leech and enough to reach leech cap. Also provides a powerful defensive boost, some offense and protects us from Damage Reflection.
Shaper of Desolation (Cruel): Helps with shocking and chilling more consistently.
Beacon of Ruin (Merciless): Gives our shocks a minimum damage increase of 20% and enables us to chill with any cold damage by at least 10%, which both get multiplied by their respective ailment effect modifiers. To reach the maximum 50% shock harm increase we need 150% shock effect, with less you can calculate your final shock damage increase with this formula:
damage * (1 + (0.2 * (1 + shock effect))) = final damage
Liege of the Primordial (Eternal): Allows us to use our second golem and buffs them.
Pantheon:
Soul of Solaris (Major): Lots of harm reductions when upgraded, use this as the main Pantheon.
Soul of Lunaris (Major): Upgrade counters Chain area mod, use when needed.
Soul of the Brine King (Major): Only useful if stunlocks are an issue.
Soul of Arakaali (Major): Use this for Uber Elder, only first upgrade is needed.
Soul of Gruthkul (Minor): Additional physical mitigation is always good to have.
Soul of Shakari (Minor): Additional chaos damage mitigation, upgrade saves a flask suffix.
Soul of Ryslatha (Minor): Use this for Uber Elder, the upgrade is needed.

[Occultist] Extremely safe and easy to league start UBER Elder done!
This Build fine till red maps and late end-game. For fast and deadly bosses like Elder/Uber Elder/Atziri/Hydra, We strongly recommend Essence Drain. It will give you the necessary mobility while doing damage.
In 3.6 update, a couple of new Chaos Skills appear, such as Soulrend, Malevolence, and Bane. As well as older Chaos Skills get a significant boost and revamp!
We will be using these skills in 3.6 to league start as well as deeper explore different combinations with a well-know Essence Drain + Contagion combo (as Soulrend and ED stacks and count as different sources of DoT).
Over last months we have been checking various sources on current Essence Drain situation as well as tried to squeeze max harm out of it. Within this guide, you will (hopefully) find one of the most comprehensive and detailed information on different ED setups!
Pros:
+ Extremely safe (2-3x defensive Curses, 12K+ ES)
+ Easy to league start (can run on Uniques with good sustain), if you are familiar with the game in general
+ Requires only 1 6-Link for end-game
+ All mods, even no mana regen is possible
+ No need for Wither totem (when you get Withering Presence ascendancy passive)
Cons:
- With ED+Contagion you constantly need to cast 2 skills. If you want to spam just 1 and zoom-zoom, this build might not be for you personally :)
- Not a fast mapper
- End-Game bossing takes a while
- Not super newbie friendly as you need some know-how on playing life/hybrid builds and then transition to CI and eventually to Low-Life.
- Low-Life Chest (Shavronne's Wrappings) is usually very expensive at the start of the league
For Ascendancy:
Wicked Ward, Vile Bastion, Void Beacon, Withering Presence.
Bandits: Kill All
Pantheon:
Major: Arakaali / Lunaris
Minor: Gruthkul / Shakari

[Necromancer] High Damage Output and Low Life Spectre Build
