[Poe 3.9] Brittleknee's Cold Elemental Hit Deadeye for Magic Find - Ready for Blight
The purpose of this character is for Magic Find Only. It can do all tiers with investment, including Eldered T16s, but like most MF, struggles with bosses. You can likely kill map bosses up to T10 or so, depending on your gear. The changes to Rares having more health make things a bit risky in Red maps, but it's still definitely doable with some gear changes. This build, however, isn't easily juiced a-la Big Streamer to use HH and Inspired Learning(s). With jewel slots limited by required threshold jewels, finagling both 2x threshold and 2x Inspired Learning can be a bit rough with lots of sacrifice being made damage-wise to the path to all the jewel sockets needed, or the need to be in the high 90's level wise for the extra talent points.

+ Easier to Scale
+ Level Many Gems
+ Easier Map Rolling
Cons:
- Doesn't Have TS Clear
- Still a Fairly Expensive Build
Ascendancy:
While you can go in any order, you prefer, but it is best to start with Gathering Winds for Tailwind. It helps the entire leveling process.

Major:
Lunaris, unless you're doing higher tier farming, then perhaps Brine King to try to avoid stuns since your HP will be quite low for the zone.
Minor:
Soul of Garukhan for Speed, Soul of Shakari for Poison/Desecrated Ground, or Soul of Relakesh for Bleed Avoidance.
Bandits:
Help Alira for the Multi, Mana, and Resists!

[Poe 3.9] Yet Another Bow Ice Shot Chaingunner Deadeye Build

Green Dream / Green Nightmare is the final way to generate, but before that, you can use Ice Bite support in your Ice Shot instead of Added Cold, be sure to take Frenzy Charges earlier on to get the most from the support gem. Level 21 Ice Bite does more damage than Level 21 Added Cold when you have 7 Charges and is about on par when you have 6. So them Glove Corruptions can be handy, (and is the only one better than the projectile damage implicit)
Pros:
+ Can do all content (so far, I've usually died due to not knowing the mechanics)
+ 70% Evasion (or capped with one extra defensive flask)
+ 54/40 Dodge (More with Vectors or Quartz Flask) (capped with Vaal Grace)
+ 6 Arrows firing with 5 Chain or 7 Arrows with four chain = Major Clear
+ Can use Vaal Breach to make Bossing charges easier
+ Nice 20-30 mill Shaper Deeps (PoB cant do Mirage Archer)
Cons:
- Uses Gloomfang so needs Elder Ring or Thief's Torment to not a hero
- Ranger so squishy when hit
- Requires hit and run and piano flasks
- Is a 100% crit build so really needs 1.8% Hatred Watchers Eye to feel great

[Poe 3.9] Fire crit AoF Elemental Hit Ranger

+3 bow is not a must for this build, but +4 bow from fossil craft is a chase rare, or any synthesis base in Perma standard market
So GGG kill off the +3 fire bow crafting when using essence since 3.8, but alternative +1 socketed gem prefix and +2 socketed supported gem mastermind crafting recipe is still available
For essence craft, crafting +3 fire bow was killed off. Alternatively, it became an essence mod that grants fire pen "Damage Penetrates (21–24)% Fire Resistance ".
Pyre converts 40% cold to fire damage. But if you socketed your single target gem in Frostferno plus using AoF (from Xoph's Heart), you have 100% conversion already. Alternatively, if you use 6L with the "Cold to Fire Support" setup, an lv23 CtoF gave you 32% of Cold damage as extra fire damage. And the cold Damage in the calculation was pre-converted severe damage instead of after AOF and CtoF support (which is zero)
Also, the ring is essential for this build to cap res. So, a three res ring plus Taming is better in the end-game setup. Or two rare rings to cap res if you run Frostferno for single target.
You need Pyre only. You don't have AoF and Frostferno. Or
your AoF+ 6L single target setup doesn't use it (in some case you have very high crit to run crit gem / have lv4 empower or run Combustion as the sixth gem, etc.), AND somehow you run two unique rings (Pyre and Taming) and able to cap res.
Bandits:
Kill all for two passives at end game.
