Poe 3.9 Burning Arrow Builds for Chieftain & Deadeye

Poe Burning Arrow is a ranged attack skill that fires an arrow dealing fire harm to a target with an enhanced possibility of igniting it. In Poe Metamorph League, Burning Arrow includes a new mechanic that applies a more stacking Burning effect anytime it ignites, dealing a portion of the ignite harm. This can stack as much as five times and allows you to get additional damage against a target that survives several arrows. The goal of this change should be to enhance the Skill's single target damage. The new stacking burning impact can't reproduce, as it doesn't count as an Ignite. The stacking burning damage along with the Far more Harm with Ignite of the Skill also grows because of the gem levels. Because of these modifications, the Sudden Ignition threshold jewel is no longer expected to have the Skill be competitive at higher levels. Sudden Ignition and Pitch Darkness will no longer drop, and current copies of Sudden Ignition will disable the new stacking burning impact in the Skill.


[PoE 3.9] Chieftain Burning Arrow Build

Nathan Walker posted a helpful video explaining current item choices for BA and a pretty lovely tree/item setup for the ascendant. Please consider checking out his content as it has certainly helped me decide how Eznpc Builder wants to tackle BA Chieftain in 3.9.

1.you can get 16% fire damage over time multiplier on shaper amulet and gloves, that's even more dmg
2.drop flammability with blasphemy and instead of this We have ele weakness gloves
3.linked wave of conviction to Cwdt and blood rage(have two empty sockets cause blasphemy and Flamm drop) for attack speed, cause maybe barrage allows you to much faster apply your full dot, but also you have much less dmg than with combustion
4. change Arohongui for Yamaha ascendancy, imo you can't keep alive totems and baristas all the time, so Ngamahu is the better cause that 100% extra fire for 4 seconds gives feel that you hit like a truck
5.added wise oak instead onslaught flask (cause you to have cinders allow)and movement skill setup instead ballista cause We drop ascendancy

Pros:
- Buffed burning DPS with new Burning Arrow changes
- Medium clear speed
- The build is focused on giving you the best bang for your buck
- Has a lot of room for investment
- Satisfying gameplay/bow firing and ignition ASMR
- You get to play Burning Arrow :)

Cons:
- Can feel slow if you're used to cyclone builds

[PoE 3.9] Deadeye Burning Arrow Build
The idea behind this build is relatively simple. We're looking at the basic bow oriented character which stacks cold damage. We do this by stacking a ton of severe flat damage on our gear. And by a ton, Eznpc Builder means a fuck ton. Once you're getting done with the build, you're swimming in flat cold damage. We're achieving this by having a lot of Abyss Jewels (as listed in the gear section below) and having the modifier on all the gear where it's possible.
We also support our flat cold damage with Frenzy Charges, which we get through our Blood Rage to help us with some extra cost and attack speed. We actively curse enemies for additional penetration with Elemental and Projectile Weakness linked to Curse on Hit as well. The smoothness of gameplay is ensured by almost permanent chill effect or freeze on enemies and your long-distance positioning. So yeah, you can't face checking your enemies. Well, you can certainly try, but Eznpc Builder would not recommend it.

Pros:
+ Works just fine on a budget
+ Scales well with the Poe currency invested
+ Great league starter unless you're looking for a bosskiller
+ Fairly simple gameplay which still requires maintaining buffs and spells
+ Massive clearspeed
+ Smooth leveling
+ Engaging and fun gameplay

Cons:
- Can't do elemental reflection maps, duh
- Relatively squishy
- Can't do an Uber Elder unless you're a mechanical god
- Might have issues with bosses on a lower budget
- Requires a fair bit of Poe currency to feel comfortable on red tier maps
- There are straight-up better bow builds out there

- Lunaris - for extra map apparent speed and survivability with more tough map enemies
- Solaris - for when you need extra stability on bosses - a personal favorite
- Arakaali - for extra durability and resistance against chaos damage effect

Minor gods:
- Shakari - for being immune to poison effect
- Garukhan - for extra movement speed
- Abberath - for extra movement speed and quality of life with being resistant to burning the ground
