The New World community is currently frustrated with the recent news of the seasonal update being delayed. This has caused many players to question whether or not the game will be able to deliver quality content on time in the future. Initially, the seasonal update was supposed to release on March 28th but has since been delayed until April 4th. Unfortunately, due to the way the game is coded, it is not possible to simply pause the leaderboards to compensate those who have worked hard to get to the top.


On top of that, every time New World announces a delay, they tend to hide it within the leaderboard post. This often goes unnoticed by players or is buried under other announcements, which has led to frustration in the community. It would be better for New World to be upfront and honest with the community, informing them that there is a major problem being worked on with no estimated time of arrival.


Overall, the situation is far from ideal. The delays, coupled with the lack of transparency, are causing many players to lose faith in New World and start looking for other games. However, it is important to remember that New World is a complex game with many underlying mechanics and systems. It is possible that these issues may be causing some of the delays.
