Easy way to get an OSRS Xeric's Talisman Guides

Today, We are going to show you a nice and easy Osrs guide on the fastest way to get an Old School Runescape Xeric's Talisman. This is a very useful item that is able to teleport the player to various locations throughout Great Kourend.


The Talisman is obtained as a rare drop from killing Lizardmen at a 1 in 150 chance. It is important to note that after completing the Kourend & Kebos Diary, the drop rate increases to 1 in 125. So, it is advisable to actually complete this diary before attempting to get the Talisman. After all, it is only the easy diary that you have to complete.


To charge the Talisman for the teleports, you will need Lizardman Fangs. The Talisman can hold up to a thousand charges. The Lizardman Fangs are dropped from the same monsters we are going to be killing today, so remember to pick them up.


For this method, you will need 5% Shayzien House favor in order to access the Lizardman Canyon, a multi-combat area where we will be killing the Lizardmen and using a cannon. You will also need decent combat stats. Most of the damage can be done by the cannon, but remember that this is a multi-combat area and you will be attacked by all the monsters at once.


As for my inventory and equipment, I take two antidotes as you will get poisoned. I also take two Super Combat Potions and the cannon with some cannonballs. I always carry an emergency teleport tablet, just in case. The rest of my inventory is filled with food, in this case, Monkfish.


Now, for the rest of my equipment, I take a standard melee setup to boost my damage. I will leave a list of the items on the screen if you guys want to check them out and have a closer look.


The fastest way to get to the Lizardman Canyon is to use the Fairy Rings. The code "djr" will take you just south of there. Alternatively, if you don't have access to the Fairy Rings, you can use a Battlefront Teleport Tablet that can be purchased from the Grand Exchange. Use it and just walk east from there. Keep walking north until you reach the stairs and enter the eastern side of the canyon.


As you can see, there are a bunch of monsters, and they will attack you all at once. So, keep your health in mind. You can decide where you set up your cannon. Now, take a dose of antidote and a Super Combat Potion so that you can begin killing the Lizardmen.


I will remind you again to pick up the Lizardman Fangs as they will be used to charge the Talisman once you get it.
