Torreador Glitch
Take your Torreador to LS Car Meet. As you drive inside, switch the car to sub mode. If done correctly, you'll hear the car switch while entering. The car will stay in sub mode when you exit. Now, go to a location on the map where the car is facing upward, like the ramps at the airport. Enter sub mode and boost. The boost should keep recharging, allowing you to keep boosting while in the air.
Rocket Floating Glitch
Find a shallow water spot and stand in it. Fire a rocket into the water, and the rocket should float away. This glitch also works in some spots outside of the mission "Cleaning Out the Bureau" in Story Mode.
Apartment Access Glitch
You can access a specific apartment in GTA Online. Go to a specific location and stand in a particular position on the roof. Start up a stunt race. If done correctly, you'll be inside the apartment when you quit out of the race.
Panto and Rat Loader Glitches
With the Panto, you can make some body parts invisible. In the customization menu, select one of the options under "Bodywork" and hold the button to scroll down the menu. Keep doing this until you land on "None." Select it, and the invisible parts will save. The same method can be used to make the truck bed of the Rat Loader invisible.
Step Ladder Launch Glitch
At the movie studio, find a step ladder and move it against a wall. Stand it up against the wall and get on top of it. Make some small movements, and the ladder should eventually launch, potentially taking you with it.
Frozen Time Glitch
While in Story Mode, go into Director Mode, open the interaction menu, and go to settings. Freeze the time. Pause the game and load a save. Head into GTA Online, and the time should be frozen, keeping the game light or dark for as long as you want.
Prop Respawn Glitch
Use a car to move a prop out of the way, such as a fence. Leave the car in the spot where the prop was and run a good distance away. Then come back, and the prop should respawn. Interacting with the car should cause it to glitch out.
Flare Launch Glitch
Normally, flares slowly fall to the ground when fired. However, at a specific location with a tipped-over toilet, shoot some flares inside it and then use your Up-n-Atomizer to send them flying into the air, creating a floating flare effect.
Pier Faceplant Glitch
Head to the end of the pier and go up the stairs to the fifth step. Jump down from there, and your character will dive off and faceplant into the ground, resulting in a hilarious glitch.
Car Launch Glitch
Stand next to a car and jump onto the hood. While on the hood, press the enter vehicle button. Your character should be launched into the air, resulting in an unexpected and entertaining glitch.
