Step 1: Buy a Bow with Crucial Mods

The first step is to purchase a bow that has the two crucial mods: 25% reduced totem lives and totems explode on death. Additionally, the bow should have a 25% reduced totem placement and a speed skill set that has a half percentage chance to summon two totems. While ball markers are preferred, you can opt for other alternatives if you cannot afford one. However, it is essential to make sure that you can take both of these skills.


Step 2: Add Hunter Influence

The next step is to add Hunter Influence to your bow. If your bow is not Hunter-influenced, use a Hunter's Exalted Orb to make it Hunter-influenced.


Step 3: Use Fossils and Resonator to Roll Mods

For this step, you will need Metallic and Etheric fossils and a Powerful Chaotic Resonator. Roll until you hit an open prefix that gives you an increase in chaos damage over time and an additional level to socketed chaos gems, which makes your poisons inflict damage faster.


Step 4: Choose Additional Mods

This step is up to you. If you hit dimension modifiers and have little Poe currency left, craft the plus two levels to socketed support gems on the bow at your crafting bench, and you are done. However, if you want to invest more, try to get the item to a point where it only has the three mods that we want, which are damage over time, plus one level to socketed gems, and poisons inflict damage faster.


Step 5: Craft Additional Mods

If you roll off any of the mods that you want, go back to step 3 and try again. If you get the item to the point where it only has the three mods that you want, craft two additional mods: plus two levels to socketed support gems and two chaos damage over time multiplier. However, keep in mind that there is always a chance that you will get good suffixes that make these crafts unnecessary. For example, if you already have chaos damage over time multiplier on the item, the craft that we just performed is unnecessary.


Step 6: Six-Link and Enjoy!

Lastly, six-link your bow and enjoy the benefits of your hard work and crafting.
