Welcome back to another thrilling episode of The Duo Group IronMan! In our last adventure, we achieved a thousand Soraness creatures killed and had an amazing Chambers run, scoring the coveted pet number 14. On this journey, we're diving into the world of Forestry, with a goal of expanding our collection log and making the most of this new content.
The Collection Log Quest
Our overarching goal is to fill up as many collection log slots as possible. Currently, we're at a respectable 806 slots, and our sights are set on the treasure trove of items unlocked through the Forestry skill. After all, what's a skill without its collection log completion?
Animating Anima Infused Bark
With our collection log in mind, let's delve into the mechanics of Forestry. The key currency in this skill is Anima Infused Bark, humorously dubbed "animal juice." Accumulating 7,400 of this mystical substance, we've been investing some AFK time to gradually amass this valuable resource.
Forestry introduced a plethora of goodies into the collection log, and this includes the revered Lumberjack set and more. However, Forestry requires a slightly different approach. The items needed for the collection log and other goodies can be purchased from a particular NPC in exchange for Anima Infused Bark.
Forestry Shopping Spree
To start, we set our sights on the clothes pouch blueprint. This ingenious addition lets us store our Lumberjack or Forestry outfits within our backpack, saving precious bank space while maintaining the woodcutting XP boost. The cost for this convenience? A mere 10,000 Anima Infused Bark, which we promptly acquired.
Sponsor Shoutout
Before we continue our Forestry journey, we'd like to acknowledge an amazing sponsor: Jagex! These are the masterminds behind the beloved Old School RuneScape. Forestry Attire Upgrade
The time has come to ascend from Lumberjack status to the prestigious Forestry outfit. This cosmetic transformation requires 60 of every log type and 12.5k Anima Infused Bark. After chopping 240 Arctic Pine and gathering the remaining log types, we were able to don the stylish Forestry attire. Our outfit transformation is complete!
The Sturdy Harness and Funky Shaped Log
But wait, there's more! A sturdy harness is another item on our list. By attaching a log basket to our Forestry kit using a sturdy harness, we further optimize our woodcutting endeavors. The result? More efficiency and streamlined gameplay. And of course, we can't forget the funky shaped log—a recolor for our pet, adding an extra touch of style to our companion.
Efficient Gameplay and Future Forestry
Throughout our journey, we discovered that it's not just about cutting trees but maximizing every moment. While waiting for events or aiming for specific achievements, we found various ways to be productive. From crafting to herblore, Forestry isn't just about chopping—there's a lot more to it.
Conclusion
As we wrap up this Forestry adventure, we've filled our collection log with new items, upgraded our attire, and optimized our gameplay. Forestry has proven to be more than just chopping trees; it's about strategizing, collecting, and optimizing every moment. Thank you for joining us in this episode, and we can't wait to see you in the next exciting chapter of The Duo Group IronMan!
