This gift requires one to be level 20 so that they can get a level 58 pet for ten minutes; this has to be done three times over ten days. And thus, only this pet alone can add significant DPS to your raid.


Maximizing Mechanical Greench Usage

When and how to use the Greench properly in raids is the trick. With its continuous aggression, ensure you summon it in such a way that no unnecessary crowds are attracted. Ideal for boss fights especially following trash clearance, it contributes around 70 more dps when buffed alongside boss debuffs like Sunder Armor.

Glowing Cat Figurine: Less powerful with only 1-2 DPS but could be obtained from ghost sabers in Darkshore.

Boggling Root: A small item that slightly boosts your damage per second (DPS).

For example, these pets particularly Mechanical Greench can have massive implications on how well any raid is performed. The secret lies within calling them at the right time coordinating with your raid team maximizing their uptime and effectiveness during critical boss fights.


Possible Future Changes

There are rumors that Warcraft Logs could remove or nerf the damage done by these pets in the logs as it has a tendency to disproportionately skew DPS metrics. Therefore, this is something that can be done for now.
