+ You feel special because no one runs AB in 3.8
+ HC viable
Cons:
- Elemental Reflect, while doable, is still very annoying, and it's better to reroll it.
- The investment ceiling is pretty low

[PoE 3.9] Burning Arrow Chieftain League Start Build
Nathan Walker posted a helpful video explaining current item choices for BA and a pretty lovely tree/item setup for the ascendant. Please consider checking out his content as it has certainly helped me decide how I want to tackle BA Chieftain in 3.9. Currently using a 6L Lioneye's Glare for testing purposes. With the recent news that Xoph's Nurture is getting a buff in 3.9, we will prioritize getting this bow with the 6-link ASAP. Every Link is going to make a difference in our Ignite damage. Even more so now that Nurture will support socketed gems with Level 20 Ignite Prolif. That means 39% more burning Damage, and our pack clear is stronger!
Pros:
- Buffed burning DPS with new Burning Arrow changes
- Medium clearspeed
- Budget gear is viable
- Ele Reflect maps don't seem to affect us.
- You get to say "FOR TUKOHAMA" sometimes
Cons:
- Can feel slow if you're used to cyclone builds
- Life is a little on the low side. Working on this.
- Firing Burning Arrow at Templar will not make him any hotter

Free Molten Burst that does impressive damage with massive AOE granting blazing high speed. You want to pop support gems into this weapon to buff Molten Burst. That is an enjoyable build to play. It just burns everything down in a reasonably significant radius in seconds. So nothing really can take you down to worry you because the fire leech and cold leech pins the health to the top very quickly when those molten balls hit.
Pros:
+ Cheapest to gear
+ Can be great Uber lab farmer (if you follow Uber lab skill tree and gem setup)
+ Most flexible when it comes to gearing choices (no elemental penalty from Avatar of Fire)
+ You achieve 100% fire conversion once you complete Cruel lab
+ Highest potential damage on end game gears
