Poe2 development does not affect Path Of Exile - There will still be four quarterly updates in 2020

Although Grinding Gear Games officially announced the new sequel Path Of Exile 2 on ExileCon in November 2019, according to the latest official blog post, the development of Path Of Exile 2 will not affect the update of Path Of Exile. Path Of Exile will undergo four quarterly updates in 2020 as usual.

It is reported that the first expansion content of Path Of Exile this year 3.10 will be March 13th Publish and PS4 and Xbox One a week later, and 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13 will be launched in sequence with this version. Recently, the official website of POE released some updates for the new season - Delirium.

In Delirium ADD 4 new active, three new support Skill Gems, 6 New Div Cards, and 4 Cluster Jewel Generated.

Mirror of Delirium can make Activatable encounters with additional modifiers possible through items. That seems to act similar to a breach and has a loot 'streak' mechanic, similar to legion endless battles. Once activated current mobs in the instance will become more deadly and new, delirium specific mobs will also be generated. You can use other encounters while under the effect of delirium. The mirror will appear near the start of maps/instances, and the delirium effect will radiate outwards. Still, the delirium effect will have a minimum and maximum radius that will continue to grow outwards.

New Poe Currency Orbs of Delirium Can Adds weighted delirium map modifiers and 20% delirium encounter effect across the entire map. Up to five can be applied per map for full delirium effect. Cannot be added to Unique maps, might apply to blight maps.

Cluster Jewels can add to outer edge jewel sockets to generate new passive clusters. New clusters can include another socket for additional chaining. Most jewels generated passives will be free to respec. Cluster Jewel' enchantments' (the top-most lines) will restrict what notables are rolled and cannot themselves be altered.

Path Of Exile official said that the development of POE 4.0 is still in progress, and the production team is still working hard for the part of Path Of Exile 2 that is not disclosed in the ExileCon beta. The official hopes that it will be available to players in the next game show.
