When Path of Exile 2 Beta Release Date?

Path of Exile 2 is a massive expansion of the base game. It has graphical overhauls, new dominance levels, gem system rework, and brand new story campaigns that took place 20 years after Kitava's death. This will become a new bridge for the PoE terminal game mapping system. But this is not a replacement for the original campaign but can play the drive of your choice/favor.

In this week's Path of Exile announcement of the 3.14 expansion live announcement, Path of Exile will share the debut of POE 2 since the information of ExileCon! If you are interested in viewing what Path of Exile has revealed so far, EZNPC will summarize everything you need below. Although PoE 2 uses the same prototype, 19 new Ascendancy classes are different from the original. This will make it difficult for you to convert old characters. Likewise, you should let your old role rest because of the 20-year time difference between the two. This also means that there are brand new bosses and creatures to defeat. This is the fresh air brought about by the previous quite repeated boss battles.


Path of Exile 2 Beta

Path of Exile is unlikely to launch the Beta version of Path of Exile 2 as early as 2022. At the same time, Path of Exile will continue to release the expansion of Path of Exile on a regular three-month cycle.

At ExileCon in November 2019, Path of Exile announced the development of Path of Exile 2; 20 years after the death of Chitava in Path of Exile 1, set a new seven-act storyline.

Path of Exile 2 Customers and Microtransactions

Path of Exile 2 will be launched on the same game client as the original game. It will be available simultaneously as the current campaign, allowing you to choose the storyline to play to access the World Atlas' shared Endgame. All microtransactions you purchase from Path of Exile 1 will be available in Path of Exile 2.


What's new in Path of Exile 2?

So far, we only have a few basic knowledge: a new 7-act story campaign, a graphical overhaul, gem system repair, new camera angle/zoom level, smoother gameplay, and 19 new ascending classes. GGG keeps all other content for now, but we will find out when we get closer to the release date.

On the other hand, you have a fresh paint coating that looks amazing. Path of Exile will no longer feel that it is three generations behind in terms of graphics performance.


This is a good sign for any core PoE Currency farmer out there. This is not a very sequel, and it means that there is still a new story to experience in unknown areas. There are many new projects, new skills, and more fun. As it is still under development, it is expected that more information will be available in the coming months and years.
