Get Ready for FFXIV New Patch 6.3: What to Do Over the Weekend

Are you ready for the next FFXIV patch that's coming out on Tuesday? It's time to get prepped and make sure you're ready for what's coming. Let's take a look at the most important things you should do over the weekend.

First and foremost, the next stage of relic weapons will be a highlight and focus in this patch. That means you should get started on the Hildebrand questline, which can take up to three hours, even if you skip the cutscenes. Once you finish, you'll be able to get the first Mandeville quest from the House of Manderville Man servant at Razatan. Completing this quest rewards you with an item level 615 weapon, which will receive a new sparkle and level on Tuesday.

The patch also introduces a new deep dungeon content, Eureka Anemos. As a requirement, you'll need to complete the first part of the initial Palace of the Dead. You can get this quest from Quarimo in Gridanya. Palace of the Dead is a great way to level old FFXIV jobs and it offers a different experience compared to regular dungeons. You can choose to play solo or in a party setup, and you'll also get access to a new set of potions and items.

Finally, you may want to craft some items for people who are getting back into the game. Prices for Rinalashidagia may go up a bit, and you should focus on armor and accessory parts instead of weapons. It's also worth crafting glamor-related items. If you find materials for low prices, you may want to pick them up as they may have slots for the new relics.
